Find parking near Felicitous (on 51st)

Felicitous (on 51st) is a cozy independent coffee and tea house set in a renovated 1940s bungalow just off Fowler Avenue near the University of South Florida, known for its shady garden patio, eclectic indoor seating, and strong community vibe with art displays, book clubs, and open mic events. The shop attracts students, locals, and visitors looking for a relaxed spot to study, work, or unwind, which means the surrounding streets can see steady traffic at peak class times and on busy afternoons. Because of its popularity and its location on a smaller neighborhood street near a major corridor, it is smart to plan your visit and secure parking in advance so you can head straight in to enjoy your drink instead of circling the block.

Street parking in this area is generally limited and can fill quickly, especially when nearby USF traffic is high or when events and meetups are taking place at the cafe, so drivers should be prepared for competition for the most convenient curbside spots. Booking parking near Felicitous (on 51st) ahead of time helps avoid last-minute searching in a residential-style neighborhood where spaces are not guaranteed and local regulations, time limits, and tow-away zones may apply. Advance planning gives you more certainty and a safer, less stressful arrival, particularly if you are new to Tampa or on a tight schedule. Always review the latest local parking rules and official guidance before you travel to ensure a smooth visit.
