Find parking near Havana 59

Havana 59 is a vibrant Cuban-inspired restaurant and cigar lounge in Richmond’s historic Shockoe Bottom, known for its colorful 1950s Havana decor, rooftop space, and lively atmosphere that often draws evening diners, cocktail lovers, and nightlife crowds. Located along N 17th Street near other popular bars and eateries, the surrounding streets can become busy, especially during dinner hours and weekends, making traffic and curb access more congested than in residential areas. With visitors coming for everything from date nights to special occasions, planning where to leave your car in advance helps you arrive relaxed and ready to enjoy your meal instead of circling the block.

Street parking in this part of Shockoe Bottom is typically a mix of metered and time-limited spaces, and competition for spots can be high around peak dining times, events, and evenings when multiple venues are active. Drivers should be prepared for limited on-street availability, read posted signs carefully for hours, payment, and enforcement details, and consider that walking a short distance from a parked car is often part of the experience when seeking parking near Havana 59. Securing a spot ahead of time can reduce stress and help you navigate the one-way and narrow streets more easily. Always confirm current parking rules, rates, and regulations with official city and venue sources before your visit.
