Find parking near CarMax Park

CarMax Park is a modern stadium on North Arthur Ashe Boulevard in Richmond, home to the Richmond Flying Squirrels and a hub for baseball games, campus matchups, and special events that draw crowds from across the region. On event days, traffic on Arthur Ashe Boulevard and nearby routes such as Hermitage Road and Robin Hood Road can be busy, so planning your trip and arranging parking ahead of time helps you arrive relaxed and ready to enjoy the game instead of circling for a spot. The ballpark’s contemporary design and year-round calendar make it a worthwhile stop for both dedicated sports fans and visitors exploring Richmond’s growing Diamond District. Booking parking in advance is especially helpful if you are coordinating with family or friends or coming in from out of town.

Because CarMax Park sits among other athletic and event facilities, parking lots and nearby streets can fill quickly when multiple activities are happening at once, and street parking in the surrounding neighborhoods may be limited or subject to local time restrictions. Reserving parking near CarMax Park before you arrive means less time in traffic and a shorter walk to the gates, which is particularly valuable for families with kids or anyone on a tight schedule. Visitors should always pay close attention to posted signs, observe local parking regulations, and verify current guidance from official and up-to-date sources when planning their visit.
