Find parking near Bon Secours Park

Bon Secours Park at 2701 W Leigh St in Richmond is a modern green space developed around the former Washington Commanders training facility, offering open fields and landscaped grounds near the Science Museum of Virginia. Visitors come to enjoy walking paths, sports activities, community programming and a rare stretch of open lawn in an otherwise busy part of the city, making it an appealing stop on a day exploring Richmond’s museums and attractions.

The park sits close to major roads and downtown, so traffic can be steady and parking fills quickly during peak hours, museum days and nearby events, which is why planning your visit and securing parking in advance can save time and reduce stress. Street parking in the surrounding neighborhood is limited and often subject to time limits or residential restrictions, so visitors should be prepared for competition for curbside spaces and pay close attention to posted signs when looking for parking near Bon Secours Park. To avoid delays and ensure a smoother trip, consider arranging a dedicated parking spot ahead of time and always confirm current parking rules and hours with official and up to date local sources before you travel.
