ParkMobile for Business admin account user guide

Instructions on how to sign into Personal Pages:

1. Go to Personal Pages.
2. Enter your admin email address.
3. Click ‘Send OTP’. You will receive a 6 digit code in your email.
4. Enter 6 digit code.
5. Click ‘Log on’.

How to register for a Business account as an Admin:

We have a few different ways to sign up for a Business account. If you currently do not have an account with ParkMobile, you can:

1. Start on ParkMobile for Business.
2. Click “Sign up Now” or go directly to the sign up page.
3. Fill out your admin information. Add as many vehicles as you’d like.
4. Click “Next”, review Terms & Conditions, click “Next.”
5. Choose whether to load the ParkMobile Wallet or use a credit card for payment for your primary payment method. Click “Next.”
6. Congrats, you have made your ParkMobile for Business account! You will receive a Welcome email shortly.

Other ways to sign up for a Business account:

You can upgrade your account from your ParkMobile app:

1. Open your ParkMobile app and click the settings icon.
2. Tap the “ParkMobile for Business” tab.
3. Click “Upgrade Account.” Be sure you are using the best email for an admin account.

You can upgrade your account from the web:

1. Sign into your Personal Pages.
2. Click Membership Type on the left side.
3. Select ParkMobile for Business ($8.99/per vehicle/per month)”. Be sure you are using the best email for an admin account.

How to add a credit card.

1. Login to Personal Pages
2. Click ‘Payment Method’.
3. Click ‘Manage Credit Cards’.
4. Click ‘Add Card’.
5. Add card details.
6. Click ‘Submit’.

How to add a new sub-user or vehicle:

1. Sign into your Personal Pages.
2. From the navigation on the left, select “Employees.” The Accounts page should appear.
3. Click “Add new phone number/account.” The Related Account details page appears.
4. Enter the user’s first and last name, 10-digit phone number, and email address.
5. In the Vehicle section, either enter a new license plate number or select an existing one from the list, then click Add next to the corresponding option.
6. Click “Save.”

How to link a vehicle to a user on your account.

1. Sign into your Personal Pages.
2. From the left navigation list, click Vehicles.
3. Click “Link a user” located on the right of the license plate number you would like to link.
4. Select one or more users from the list, then click Add.
5. Click the expanding (>) icon aligned with each license plate number to ensure that user is linked to the LPN.

How to download monthly charges or parking sessions statements.

1. Log into your Personal Pages.
2. On the left hand menu, click “Monthly Statements”
3. Expand on the Year and then select the month
4. Click “Download” for under “Sessions Statements” or “Charges Statements” for your selected month, and a PDF will be downloaded.

How to set up your ParkMobile wallet.

1. Log into your Personal Pages.
2. You have two options:
   1. On the Home page, click “Sign up for ParkMobile Wallet”.
   2. Click “Payment Method” and click “Manage ParkMobile Wallet”.
3. Click “Use ParkMobile Wallet as the primary Payment Method”.
4. Accept Terms & Conditions.
5. Set your Load Amount.
6. Enter the required contact information and click “Submit”.

How to remove a credit card.

1. Login to Personal Pages
2. Click ‘Payment Method’.
3. Click ‘Manage Credit Cards’.
4. Click ‘Remove’ on the credit card you’d like to remove.

How to change primary credit card.

1. Login to Personal Pages.
2. Click ‘Payment Method’.
3. Click ‘Manage Credit Cards’.
4. Click ‘Make Primary’ on the credit card you’d like to make primary.
