)
Step into a world of inflatable art as the Balloon Museum has flown into Atlanta this spring. From now through April 14, visit the Atlanta exhibition of the worldwide phenomenon. Located at Pullman Yards, a former industrial complex in the historic Kirkwood District of Atlanta, the experience is an art display unlike anything you’ve ever seen before. Founded in Rome, Italy in 2020, the Balloon Museum invites visitors into a psychedelic world. The museum has hosted over four million guests worldwide since its initial debut. Over the last two years, the museum has expanded to offer more collections, designers, and architects all using the medium of inflatable art. Guests will learn the history of balloons from the 18th century, the science of their shape, and the artistry behind their designs.

Pullman Yards
Steeped in history and industrial charm, Pullman Yards is the perfect venue for the Atlanta pitstop of the traveling Balloon Museum tour. Originally built in the early 1900s as a manufacturing complex for the Pullman Company, the site has undergone a remarkable transformation in recent years, evolving into a local hub for arts, culture, and community events. In addition to the Balloon Museum, Pullman Yards will host another popular springtime event for the first time. The annual “SweetWater 420 Fest” will be held at Pullman Yards from April 20-21st. The funky music and arts festival, presented by SweetWater Brewery, was previously held at Centennial Park in Downtown Atlanta, but has moved to Pullman Yards this year. Reserve your parking for the festival now.
Rail Park
The venue’s Rail Park is home to outdoor yard games and activities, such as pickleball courts and a roller-skating rink. They also offer two spring sports leagues, ATL Cornhole League and ATL Bocce League. Don’t forget to grab a bite to eat at one of Pullman Yards’ three restaurants, including the MICHELIN recognized Fishmonger. A recipient of the MICHELIN Bib Gourmand distinction, Fishmonger is a fresh seafood and oyster spot with a large patio, perfect for spring weather. Make the most of your whimsical Balloon Museum experience without worrying about parking. ParkMobile is available at Pullman Yards and in the Pratt Pullman District for both reservations and on-demand parking. Spend your day in the balloons, not in the parking lot with ParkMobile.
