Find parking near Top of the Park at The Phelps

Top of the Park at The Phelps is a popular rooftop bar perched atop the historic Residence Inn Cincinnati Downtown/The Phelps, offering sweeping views of the downtown skyline and Ohio River that make it a favorite for sunset cocktails and special evenings out. Its location in the central business district places it within walking distance of major attractions and riverfront districts, which means the surrounding streets can be busy during rush hours, weekends, and game days. Because it sits inside a full-service hotel with a busy rooftop scene, curb space is limited and traffic around the entrance can feel congested when guests are arriving and departing.

Visitors will find that on-street parking in this part of downtown is limited, time restricted, and often fills quickly, especially in the evenings when locals and travelers all head to nearby restaurants, bars, and entertainment venues. Booking parking in advance near this bustling block helps avoid circling crowded one-way streets, saves time, and ensures a smoother arrival for anyone looking for parking near Top of the Park at The Phelps. Planning ahead is especially helpful for out-of-town visitors who may be unfamiliar with Cincinnati’s downtown parking rules, meters, and enforcement hours. Always confirm current parking regulations and guidance from official and up-to-date sources before you go.
