Find parking near Alcove by MadTree Event Spaces

Alcove by MadTree Event Spaces at 1400 Vine Street sits in Cincinnati’s historic Over-the-Rhine neighborhood, combining a modern brewery-driven kitchen and bar with stylish indoor and outdoor event areas for weddings, corporate functions, and private celebrations. The venue is part of a redeveloped mixed-use block that includes a restaurant, greenhouse bar, and patio, making it a popular gathering spot and contributing to steady traffic and visitor activity along Vine Street, especially on evenings and weekends. With this level of activity and a steady flow of rideshares, delivery vehicles, and pedestrians, planning how you will arrive and where you will park is an important part of enjoying your visit.

Parking in this part of Over-the-Rhine is a mix of nearby lots and garages along with limited metered street parking, which can fill quickly due to the many restaurants, bars, and entertainment venues in the area. Event guests, especially those arriving at peak dining hours or for special celebrations, may find it easier and less stressful to secure parking in advance rather than circling for an open street space, and using a reserved option can make arrival and departure more predictable. Booking parking near Alcove by MadTree Event Spaces ahead of time helps ensure a smoother visit so you can focus on your event instead of searching for a spot. Always review current local parking regulations, meter hours, and any posted signs or official guidance before you travel, as rules and availability can change.
