Find parking near CIBC Theatre
Paying for parking near CIBC Theatre is easy
CIBC Theatre is a historic 1,800-seat Broadway venue in the heart of Chicago’s Loop, originally opened in 1906 as the Majestic Theatre and now known for major touring productions and long-running hits. Its central location near busy State and Dearborn streets means traffic can be heavy before and after showtimes, especially on weekends and weekday evenings, so planning your route and parking near CIBC Theatre ahead of time can greatly cut down on stress and delays.
Street parking in the downtown Theatre District is limited, metered, and highly competitive, with strict enforcement of time limits and loading zones that can result in fines or towing if signs are ignored. Many visitors prefer secure off-street options, which often allow advance booking so you can head straight to a reserved spot instead of circling crowded one-way streets. Whatever option you choose, always review the latest local parking rules and official guidance before your visit, as regulations and availability can change.
