Amid COVID-19 concerns, residents and visitors will have the option to skip the meter and pay for parking via mobile app

“We applaud the Village of Lake George for pursuing this idea, especially now when touchless experiences are so important. It’s just another way we are working to protect our community and visitors against the spread of COVID-19.”

Lake George, NY – July 21, 2020 – ParkMobile, the leading provider of smart parking and mobility solutions in the U.S., announced today a new partnership with the Village of Lake George in New York to allow residents and visitors to pay for parking on their mobile device. The ParkMobile app will be available at more than 650 metered on-street spaces and in off-street lots throughout the city during the summer season. With the recent COVID-19 crisis, many city leaders are encouraging residents and visitors to use the app instead of the meter to prevent the spread of the virus.
