Jon Ziglar

Chief Executive Officer

Jon is a passionate entrepreneur who brings a 20 year track record of driving and scaling consumer and business technology companies in rapidly changing industries. Prior to ParkMobile, Jon served as Managing Director, International, for Ceridian HCM (NYSE: CDAY), a leading provider of global human capital management software and services, overseeing a business which operated in over 50 countries, managing teams on 3 continents. While at Ceridian, Jon also served as Chief Strategy Officer and Chief Corporate Development and Product Innovation Officer where he oversaw Ceridian’s US product portfolio as well as global mergers and acquisitions. Jon served as Sr. Vice President, Strategic Planning and Enterprise Development at Elavon, a leading global payments technology company. Early in his career, he worked in a number of enterprise and consumer-based software companies. Jon started his career in investment banking in New York and San Francisco. Mr. Ziglar is a graduate of Princeton University and holds a J.D. from the Emory School of Law, with a certificate in Technology Commercialization. He was named a 2018 EY Entrepreneur of the Year for the Southeast, 2018 American Business Association Executive of the Year award and is a member of the Atlanta CEO Council and the Young President’s Organization (YPO). Jon serves on the Board of Advisors of Roadie Inc. and lives in Atlanta, GA with his wife and five children.

Hank Vanjaria

Chief Financial Officer

Hank joined ParkMobile in 2013 after holding the position of Senior Manager Fund Controller with Morgan Stanley/State Street where he oversaw fund and investor reporting for two international real estate funds. Prior to this position, Hank was an assistant controller with Cousins Properties, Inc., an Atlanta based commercial real estate firm. Hank is a CPA licensed in Georgia and spent four years in public accounting following seven years in commercial real estate development and property management. Hank obtained his bachelor’s degree in history with an Asian & African Language Studies Certificate from Duke University and his MBA with a concentration in accounting from Georgia State University.

Jeff Perkins

Chief Marketing and Product Officer

Jeff Perkins is CMO and Head of Product for ParkMobile, the leading provider smart parking and mobility solutions in the U.S.  He has been with the company for three years and oversees all aspects of the brand, consumer experience, and strategic product direction. Prior to ParkMobile, Jeff was the CMO of QASymphony where he helped establish the brand and grow revenue 500% over a three-year period, leading to a $40 million Series C with Insight Venture Partners. He also has held senior marketing leadership positions at PGi and AutoTrader.com. Jeff started his career grinding it out in the NYC ad industry at Saatchi & Saatchi. His experiences range from traditional to digital, B2C to B2B, and agency-side to client-side. Jeff’s work has earned him numerous accolades including a Stevie Award for Marketing Executive of the Year and the Atlanta Business Chronicle’s MAX Award for marketing excellence. Jeff received his BA from American University and MBA from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School. He is a frequent contributor to several marketing publications and a speaker at many industry events. When he’s not working, you might find him riding his Peloton bike or attending a Bruce Springsteen concert (he’s been to 32 so far).  He lives in Atlanta with his awesome wife, two adorable daughters (ages 8 and 11) and two dogs.

John Brown

Chief Operating Officer

John Brown is an experienced technology client manager and operations leader. During his 25-year career John has held multiple client leadership roles, helping technology companies build and maintain client success and operations functions in start-up and large corporate environments. Prior to ParkMobile, John served as Vice President of Customer Operations at Clutch Technologies, a software startup acquired by Cox Automotive. Previously, John performed several roles in the fintech space, including President of US Operations for Cardlytics and leading a business unit at Fiserv. In addition, John was a consultant at McKinsey & Co. He began his career as an officer in the U.S. Navy aboard a nuclear submarine. John holds a BS in Physics from Tulane University and an MBA from the Wharton School of Business. He lives in Atlanta with his wife and two children.

Tony Stewart

General Counsel, Chief Privacy Officer

Tony Stewart is ParkMobile’s chief legal and privacy officer, reporting to CEO Jon Ziglar. Tony serves on ParkMobile’s executive team and oversees the company’s legal affairs, including corporate and regulatory compliance, corporate governance, global security and privacy, intellectual property, labor and employment law, and litigation. Tony joined ParkMobile in 2019 from Hall Booth Smith, P.C., where he represented clients ranging from start-ups to Fortune 100 corporations. His practice primarily focused on data privacy and cybersecurity. In 2019, Tony was named a Fellow of Information Privacy by the International Association of Privacy Professionals – the first private-practice attorney in Georgia to receive the designation. He also received the ACQ5 Global Award for US – Data Privacy & Security Lawyer of the Year in 2019. In addition to data privacy and cybersecurity, Tony’s practice included: intellectual property, commercial transactions, corporate compliance, and litigation. Earlier in his career, Tony was a licensed emergency medical technician (EMT). During law school, he worked as a supervisor at Emory EMS and was appointed for a one-year term as the Chief of Planning & Development. Tony earned his doctor of law from Emory University School of Law and is an active member of the State Bar of Georgia.

David Hoyt

David, a parking and transportation professional with over 20 years of expertise, manages ParkMobile’s sales teams. Prior to joining Parkmobile, David was National Account Manager for T2 Systems responsible for sales and client relations in the Southeast US, Caribbean, and strategic accounts. David began his parking career with Standard Parking, where he worked for 13 years and served as Vice President of Operations managing the company’s portfolio of municipal and private parking operations throughout the State of Florida.

Jenna Brown

Chief People Officer

Jenna came to ParkMobile in 2019 after providing HR consultation to the organization since 2014. She is dedicated to furthering ParkMobile’s people strategy as well as continuing to keep the organization as a Best Place to Work in Atlanta.  Prior to ParkMobile, Jenna has worked as a HR Business Partner at Fiserv and a Principal Human Capital Consultant at TriNet. She holds a BA in Sociology and Political Science and a JD, both from Emory University, as well as Professional in Human Resources (PHR) & Certified Professional (CP) certifications. When not working, Jenna is the ultimate foodie, always looking for new spots in Atlanta to eat. She also loves to cook and bake alongside her husband, daughter, and dog.

Barry Hodges

VP, Software Development

Barry has been working in the field of software engineering since 1992. He has worked his way up from junior developer to senior lead developer, architect and is now managing multiple software teams. He has extensive experience in building software in multiple languages including C++, visual basic, C#, as well as web languages HTML, CSS and AngularJS. Barry started his career building client server applications using TCP/IP to communicate to servers but in early 2000 transition to developing web applications and web services. He is very experienced with building SOAP services but in recent years and shifted focus to REST services. Barry’s experience spans multiple industries including insurance, telecommunications, manufacturing, accounting financial and e-commerce. Over the years Barry has developed himself to be a very versatile engineer expanding his skills to include software architecture, database administration, data warehouse and IT administration. Barry has managerial experience leading multiple teams including onshore, near shore and off shore resources using Agile/Lean software development practices. Barry has developed processes to encourage greater quality of software from his teams while still promoting a since of camaraderie. When not working, Barry likes to helps coach his son’s sports teams and cheer on his favorite professional soccer team (LFC). Go Reds!

Ajit Pol

VP, Business Controls

Ajit Pol is the Vice President of ParkMobile’s Technology Projects, heading the Program Management Office and driving various delivery initiatives. Ajit has over 20 years of leadership experience in the entire value chain of IT and services industry, strong technical knowhow and business acumen to lead the organizations for developing projects methodology, strategic roadmap, implementation plan, and successful execution of complex projects. Prior to working at ParkMobile, Ajit served as a Chief of Staff for IT Infrastructure division and led HR Outsourcing programs at ACS, which got acquired later by Xerox. Before ACS, Ajit was the Director of Technology at American Express, establishing various key processes on a unified platform. Ajit’s core strengths are leadership and mentoring, business analysis, technical architecture & design, software development, QA, project management, Sales & Marketing, and Delivery background from his previous careers all over North America, Europe and Asia. Ajit received his engineering degree in Electronics and has MBA education in Human Resource Development. Besides the exciting initiatives at ParkMobile, Ajit enjoys hiking and bike riding with his wife and two sons.

Andrew Harman

Andy Harman joined ParkMobile in 2018 and is responsible for expanding the footprint of the ParkMobile reservations platform. Andy brings to ParkMobile over 17 years of industry knowledge spanning multiple specialties. Prior to joining ParkMobile, Andy worked for T2 Systems where he most recently held the role of Director of National Accounts and Channel Partnerships. Andy received his BA from The Ohio State University. He resides in Dublin, OH with his wife, two young boys, and English Bulldog.

Brooke Feldman

VP, Account Management

Brooke joined ParkMobile in 2015, and leads the Account Management team that is responsible for helping ParkMobile’s awesome clients optimize their mobile payment programs. Prior to ParkMobile, Brooke worked in project management for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. She received her BA and MPA from the University of Georgia, making her a “Double Dawg.” When she is not in the office or traveling to visit clients, you can find Brooke strolling through Midtown Atlanta with her husband, baby boy, and puppy.

David Holler

Dave has worked in the parking industry since 2007, with a focus on utilizing technology to find creative parking solutions for municipal entities. His experience includes working for parking industry leaders in enforcement technology, multi-space meters and mobile apps. Dave is active in parking industry associations and regional organizations including being a member and speaker at: New York State Parking Association (NYSPA), the New England Parking Council (NEPC), Mid-Atlantic Parking (MPA) and the International Parking Institute (IPI). Outside of work Dave enjoys saltwater fishing and spending time camping and boating with his wife and three kids.

Pallavi Sheshadri

VP, Test Engineering

Pallavi Sheshadri joined ParkMobile in 2019 and heads the Test Engineering practice. She started her career as a Test Engineer in 2000. Eventually, she worked her way up to a Lead, a Manager, a Director and has managed testing teams in a distributed setting including onshore, offshore, and nearshore locations. Most importantly, Pallavi has served as a transformation leader at ParkMobile as well as in her previous role at DataScan, a JM Family company. As a leader in the testing space, she has helped institutions transform from a waterfall shop to an Agile/Lean practice, and from a manual to a fully automated test team. Pallavi's expertise includes building a testing center of excellence from the ground up, setting up industry-standard testing practices and processes, mentoring/training teams on testing techniques, and implementing tools and technologies relevant to software testing. At ParkMobile, she has implemented custom testing frameworks for API automation, Web automation, Mobile automation, Test Data Management and has scaled up a large team to leverage automation in functional and non-functional testing realms. Outside of work, Pallavi enjoys practicing yoga, hiking the GA mountains, and visiting the Caribbean islands.

Jay Park

VP, Engineering

Jay is an Atlanta native who has been building mobile applications since smartphones have existed and has been in engineering leadership for just as long. Prior to ParkMobile, Jay has built and led mobile engineering teams at companies ranging from emerging startups to enterprise software companies including MailChimp here in Atlanta. In his free time, Jay enjoys spending time with his family, cooking, and volunteering his time building and managing Giving Kitchen’s mobile and web applications – a nonprofit that serves food service and restaurant workers facing crisis.

Katie has worked in the field of Project Management since 2007 with a focus on the digital space. She joined ParkMobile in 2019 and leads the Project Management team that is responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of Engineering and process projects across the organization. Prior to ParkMobile, Katie worked in project management at several digital agencies in Atlanta. She received her BA in Advertising from the University of Georgia in her hometown of Athens. Outside of work, Katie enjoys traveling and trying new restaurants with her husband as well as spoiling her two dogs.

Mark Lister

Mark Lister is VP, Marketing for ParkMobile. Mark has over 20 years of experience planning and executing cross-channel marketing campaigns for both B2B and B2C companies in varying industries including agency, print, and enterprise software. Prior to joining ParkMobile, Mark served as Vice President, Digital Marketing at Allconnect in the direct-to-consumer utilities and telecom space. Starting his career as an old-school “Webmaster”, Mark's covered almost all aspects of digital marketing, from website design and SEO to email and paid search, while acquiring skills in analytics, CRO, and influencer marketing along the way. Mark holds a BS in Biology from Georgia Southern University. Outside of work, he enjoys tramping through the woods with his family and friends, often alongside his trusty sidekick, Sadie (Golden Retriever).

Chris Salomon

VP, Software and Cloud Engineering

Chris joined ParkMobile in 2018 and is responsible for both the API Integrations and Cloud Engineering teams. Chris brings over 19 years of software engineering knowledge in multiple industry domains spanning Media, Telecom, Advertising, Travel and Retail. Prior to Parkmobile, Chris was a Software Engineer Manager with The Home Depot (NYSE: HD) where he helped grow the Customer Inventory Management Systems known as Supplyware to a CAGR of 30% YoY and daily inventory replenishment orders to over a million dollars per day. While at The Home Depot, Chris also led the SRE team for the B2B portfolio as part of their cloud migration strategy and initiative. He has also held several architectural roles at Interline Brands and Ignition One. Chris started his career slinging code for a small ISP in Gainesville, FL during the beta days of .Net. Chris is experienced in delivering strategies that enable companies to scale and achieve business agility and operational efficiency through digital transformations. Chris obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Decision and Information Sciences with a minor in Economics from the University of Florida. He lives in Atlanta with his better half (wife) and his amazing 1 year old son.
