Keisha Franklin

Keisha Franklin is a leader in HR with over 15 years of proven success in the areas of organizational development, coaching, talent engagement, employee relations and total rewards. She has worked with software companies to help realize their vision, strengthen culture, and oversee the development and implementation of human capital strategy and service delivery. Most recently, Keisha worked as Sr. HR Manager at PowerPlan where she was responsible for providing strategic business partnership to the senior leadership team, executing global expansion initiatives and managing HR professionals responsible for supporting managers and their employees through all phases of the employee life cycle including onboarding, talent development, benefits and compensation, and offboarding. Prior to that, she worked at Infor for 11 years as a seasoned HR business partner where she was able to build her HR knowledge and expertise by supporting over 800 employees. Keisha holds a Bachelors degree in Psychology from Clark Atlanta University and a Masters degree in Professional Counseling from Argosy University along with 2 advanced HR certifications. Keisha values the importance of strong working relationships which she finds critical when navigating difficult employee situations. When she isn’t helping companies strengthen their greatest asset, Keisha enjoys traveling, eating, and spending time with her nieces, Norelle and Kendall.

Barry Hodges

VP, Software Development

Barry has been working in the field of software engineering since 1992. He has worked his way up from junior developer to senior lead developer, architect and is now managing multiple software teams. He has extensive experience in building software in multiple languages including C++, visual basic, C#, as well as web languages HTML, CSS and AngularJS. Barry started his career building client server applications using TCP/IP to communicate to servers but in early 2000 transition to developing web applications and web services. He is very experienced with building SOAP services but in recent years and shifted focus to REST services. Barry’s experience spans multiple industries including insurance, telecommunications, manufacturing, accounting financial and e-commerce. Over the years Barry has developed himself to be a very versatile engineer expanding his skills to include software architecture, database administration, data warehouse and IT administration. Barry has managerial experience leading multiple teams including onshore, near shore and off shore resources using Agile/Lean software development practices. Barry has developed processes to encourage greater quality of software from his teams while still promoting a sense of camaraderie. When not working, Barry likes to helps coach his son’s sports teams and cheer on his favorite professional soccer team (LFC). Go Reds!

Kara Womack

VP, Product

Kara Womack has over 20 years of experience in product strategy, design, and management. Most recently, she was the Senior Director of Web Strategy and Experience for UserTesting where she helped develop and implement a new monetization strategy, drove customer acquisition strategy and conversion rate optimization for the corporate website, and led product growth initiatives for the company. Prior to that, she spent 18 years at Cox Enterprises, leading product and design teams for Cox Radio and Cox Media Group before transitioning to lead the Autotrader product team. She serves as a volunteer mentor at ATDC, focusing on retail and e-commerce. Womack holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Alabama Huntsville.

Ajit Pol

VP, Business Controls

Ajit Pol is the Vice President of ParkMobile’s Business Controls, heading the Security, Compliance, Risk Management and Internal/External Audits. Ajit has over 25 years of leadership experience in the entire value chain of IT and services industry, strong technical knowhow and business acumen to lead the organizations for developing projects methodology, strategic roadmap, implementation plan, and successful execution of complex projects. Ajit is certified in CRISC (Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control), CISM (Certified Information Security Manager), PMP (Project Management Professional), and AWS (Amazon Web Services). Prior to working at ParkMobile, Ajit served as a Chief of Staff for IT Infrastructure division and led HR Outsourcing programs at ACS, which got acquired later by Xerox. Before ACS, Ajit was the Director of Technology at American Express, establishing various key processes on a unified platform. Ajit’s core strengths are risk management, information systems management, leadership and mentoring, business analysis, technical architecture & design, software development, QA, project management, Sales & Marketing, and Delivery background from his previous careers all over North America, Europe and Asia. Ajit received his engineering degree in Electronics and has MBA education in Human Resource Development. Besides the exciting initiatives at ParkMobile, Ajit enjoys hiking and motorcycle riding, and enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons.

Andrew Harman

VP, Sales & Partnerships

Andy Harman joined ParkMobile in 2018 and is responsible for growing ParkMobile’s vertical markets and partnerships. Andy brings to ParkMobile over 20 years of industry knowledge and experience spanning multiple specialties. Prior to joining ParkMobile, Andy worked for T2 Systems where he held the role of Director of National Accounts and Channel Partnerships. Andy received his BA from The Ohio State University. He resides in Dublin, OH, with his wife, two young boys, and two English Bulldogs.

Brooke Feldman

VP, Account Management

Brooke joined ParkMobile in 2015, and leads the Account Management team that is responsible for helping ParkMobile’s awesome clients optimize their mobile payment programs. Prior to ParkMobile, Brooke worked in project management for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. She received her BA and MPA from the University of Georgia, making her a “Double Dawg.” When she is not in the office or traveling to visit clients, you can find Brooke strolling through Midtown Atlanta with her husband, baby boy, and puppy.

Chris Henderson

VP, Consumer Apps

Chris received his BS from Georgia Tech at the height of the recession in 2009, so he continued waiting tables until his fascination with smart phones lead him to his first iOS engineering role at CNN. He then joined Wunderman Thompson Apps where he lead teams and managed engineers that shipped high-profile sports and news apps. Soon after, he shelved his coding keyboard and accepted his love of conversation, process, and management. When Covid hit, he lead the transition of his native-first agency to take on in-house React Native, Roku, frontend web and backend work. This reduced layoffs and opened the agency up to new work streams. He joined ParkMobile in August 2021 and is looking forward to the challenges offered by a global product company. He lives in Atlanta, plays video games in the evenings with his wife, and has two young kids.

Brad Goldman serves as VP of Analytics and Insights, building up the analytics muscle of ParkMobile. Brad spent the previous 16 years at Autotrader working with data, reporting, and insights from all angles in multiple roles. Brad earned a bachelors degree in Statistics from the University of Michigan.

David Holler

Dave joined ParkMobile in 2017 and leads the Territory Sales Team in their efforts to bring in new campus and municipal clients across the US. With over 20 years of experience in technical sales and management—Dave has driven revenue growth for Big Pharma, Big Four consulting firms, and small startups. Most recently with T2 Systems, Dave has worked in the parking and mobility space since 2007. Dave graduated from Keuka College in Upstate New York and is based in the suburbs of New York City.

Katie Aly

Katie has worked in the field of Project Management since 2007 with a focus on the digital space. She joined ParkMobile in 2019 and leads the Project Management team that is responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of Engineering and process projects across the organization. Prior to ParkMobile, Katie worked in project management at several digital agencies in Atlanta. She received her BA in Advertising from the University of Georgia in her hometown of Athens. Outside of work, Katie enjoys traveling and trying new restaurants with her husband as well as spoiling her two dogs.

Cameron Clayton

Chief Executive Officer

Cameron is the CEO of EasyPark Group since 2022. He has long experience from the tech-business and leading global organisations, most recently as CEO of The Weather Company, the world’s largest private weather company. He was responsible for building into a top 10 website in the world, and he also led them to their partnership with Apple and Android, which made the Weather app the 3rd most downloaded app in the world. In addition, he has been General Manager of IBM’s partner ecosystem, and he successfully helped lead IBM’s integration of Red Hat building Red Hat Marketplace. Cameron Clayton thinks the best part about working for EasyPark Group is: "One of my first impressions of EasyPark was the amazing people and purpose driven culture. Glen Braganza

Chief Financial Officer

Glen Braganza is the Chief Financial Officer for EasyPark Group. Under his leadership, he will directly oversee the Global Finance, Legal and Information Security teams to execute the company's growth strategy. Glen has over 20 years experience in finance and M&A, helping private and public market high-growth companies to achieve their goals. With leadership experience in both Europe and the U.S., Glen was most recently the Chief Financial Officer at Clickatell Inc., a global leader in messaging and chat commerce. Before Clickatell, Glen worked at the international payment provider Worldpay for 10 years, most recently as Chief Financial Officer of Worldpay U.S. Glen is a qualified accountant and has a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Loughborough University. "EasyPark Group is on an incredible growth journey, and I'm honored to be part of the team. Sandesh Bhat

Chief Technology Officer

Sandesh Bhat is the Chief Technology Officer of EasyPark Group, leading products and global initiatives that drive Group’s vision through technology innovation and information security. Prior to joining EasyPark Group, he held the role as Senior Vice President of Cloud Services at Kyndryl, the world’s largest IT Infrastructure services provider. Before that he was General Manager at IBM and held several senior leadership roles over the years, starting his career driving the company’s first digital transformation through architecting and building it’s global intranet w3. He was later responsible for the company’s several software products, cloud and digital platforms, global software labs, and most recently, the creation of Red Hat Marketplace, one of the largest marketplaces in the industry for containerized software. Sandesh also brings profound experience of managing large global teams, and has been through several acquisitions, migrations and integrations in his career. Sandesh graduated from the University of Mysore with a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science and Engineering and holds a Masters Degree in Computer Science & Software Development from Marist College. “I'm thrilled to be part of such an innovative and smart company, focused on solving one of the world's biggest challenges with forward-thinking technology. Martin Sandström

Chief of Staff

Martin Sandström is Chief of Staff at EasyPark Group. He is responsible for driving strategic business initiatives and ensures that the Executive Team stays honest to the Group's strategy and vision. Martin previously served as Head of Business Development at EasyPark and was running several M&A projects, market expansion and go-to-market projects. Melanie McAllister is EasyPark Group’s Chief People Officer, leading talent acquisition and company growth strategies. Melanie has held several leading HR positions at large scale international companies. Most recently at Megaport, a global cloud connectivity company. She has also worked as an M&A specialist at Oracle, successfully leading all aspects of strategic and tactical HR integration in multiple large global acquisitions. Melanie brings extensive knowledge from building successful cross-cultural teams, developing talent and performance strategies, as well as creating and deploying award-winning international talent development programs. Scott Booker

Scott Booker is the Chief Customer Officer at EasyPark Group. Under his leadership, he will directly oversee the Product, Design, Marketing and Analytics functions to create a cohesive and enhanced experience for customers and suppliers. Before joining EasyPark, Scott held several leading positions within Strategy, Product and Marketing at large-scale digital marketplaces, most recently at Copart, the number one global leader in online vehicle auctions. Before Copart, Scott had several leading roles at Expedia Inc., one being President of, where he led the company’s rapid global expansion, including launching the successful loyalty program. Scott has extensive experience building diverse International Product, Marketing and Tech teams. Before joining EasyPark, Louise has held several communications and PR roles in companies such as Samsung Electronics, Tele2 and Fazer from where she has gained extensive experience in media relations, crisis communications and employer branding. Morten Hother Sørensen

Chief Distribution Officer

Morten’s responsibility is to make it possible to use EasyPark Group’s services on every street, in every garage and on off street parking lots all over Europe. As Distribution Officer, Morten heads EasyPark’s country management team. Morten previously served as Head of New Markets and M&A's within EasyPark, working with expansion through acquisitions. Past experience covers senior management positions in the FMCG (Procter & Gamble/Unilever) and telecommunications industry (TDC). He holds an M.Sc. in Economics from Aarhus University, Denmark and an MBA from LUISS in Rome, Italy. In addition he also has completed a number of executive education programs at Harvard University, the Wharton School and INSEAD. Morten thinks the best thing about working at EasyPark is:

Chief Communications Officer (Interim)

Kershini Henriksson is the Interim Chief Communications Officer at EasyPark Group. Under her leadership, she will lead internal and external strategic communications at the Group level. She brings with her extensive communications and leadership experience from international companies that have undergone significant changes and growth, such as Spotify, H&M and Ericsson. She has been responsible for strategic and tactical internal, external and crisis communications processes as well as driving major digital transformation initiatives. Kershini most recently held the position as Head of Communications, Business Tech at H&M. “I am thrilled to be joining EasyPark Group at this point of the company's growth journey. EasyPark’s vision and easy-to-use product hit home for me. I love working with solutions that solve customer's problems and contribute to a more sustainable society.”
