So today I want to talk to you about some of the Help resources we have available on the web and in the app. What we’ve tried to do is give you the resources, so you will be able to solve whatever problem that comes up. So if you are on the street and you’re trying to park and you have an issue, one of the easiest ways to, kind of solve it, is go right into the ParkMobile app and just click Help. And this will pull up the Frequently Asked Questions that we get about ParkMobile. This should solve most of your issues. If it doesn’t solve your issues, you can also go to our Help Center. This takes you to our complete Resource Center that gives you all the tips and tricks and frequently asked questions that’ll help you solve whatever problem you have.
If you really can’t stop your problem from this, you can also submit a support ticket and one of our customer service agents will get back to you as soon as they can. So the other place you can access the Help Center content is on the web. So if you go to ParkMobile.io, just click the menu. And you go into the Need Help link. This pulls up our full ParkMobile Help Center. And you can see we organized it around announcements, locations, account transaction management, technical help, service, news and maintenance – this is really your one-stop shop for any issues you might have with ParkMobile. We really spend a lot of time making sure this information is up-to-date. It’s gonna help you. And so we really recommend that if you have an issue, go to the Help Center. Check it out. You should be able to solve any problems.
To make it easy, we even have a Search right on the Help Center. So if you’re having an issue making a transaction; if you’re having an issue with a payment or if you’re just confused; just search for whatever you need help with and you should be able to find an article that’ll help you. The other thing you can do is if you’re really having a problem, we do monitor our social media pages. So usually Twitter is the easiest place to get in touch with one of our customer service reps. So just go to twitter.com/parkmobile. That’ll take you to our Twitter page and you can send us a direct message and someone will get back to you very shortly.
