What to know after starting your first session:

Parking session not reflected on the meter?

Don’t worry, parking enforcement uses your license plate number to check that you’ve paid, so you won’t get a ticket even if your session doesn’t show on the meter.

Not sure how much time you have left?

Select the “Activity” tab in the bottom left-hand corner of your app. This screen will show you active, upcoming, and past parking sessions.

Want fewer notifications?

To customize your parking notifications, select “Settings” – “Notifications” in the app. You can choose which notifications you receive (email, text, etc.) and when.

Need more time?

Extend your parking time right from the app. Keep in mind that you can only extend up to the maximum time allowed for the spot.

Can’t remember where you parked?

Use the “Find My Car” feature to receive turn-by-turn directions back to your car.
