Parking just got easier: ParkMobile launching at 5,300+ city spaces
Atlanta, GA – ParkMobile, part of the global mobility platform Arrive, is bringing its industry-leading technology to Coral Gables, making it easier for residents and visitors to manage their parking experience. Beginning this month, drivers will be able to pay for parking digitally through the ParkMobile app or web browser across more than 5,300 on-street parking spaces and municipal lots throughout the city as well as the Minorca parking garage.
“ParkMobile is excited to partner with the City of Coral Gables to provide smarter, more convenient parking options for residents and visitors,” said David Holler, vice president of sales at ParkMobile. “With coverage across both on-street and off-street locations, our platform helps streamline parking operations while delivering a seamless experience. As the trusted parking and mobility solution for over 700 cities in North America, we’re committed to supporting Coral Gables in its efforts to enhance mobility and improve quality of life through innovative technology.”
ParkMobile and PayByPhone users can pay for parking using the same location number. Coral Gables residents will continue to enjoy the resident discounted parking rate when they register with the city, ensuring that the benefits of the existing system are not lost with the addition of ParkMobile.
ParkMobile is focused on expanding its footprint for users across the country. By providing solutions to create an easier parking experience, ParkMobile makes traveling throughout the country more convenient and streamlined. ParkMobile is available in key cities across South Florida.
“We’re proud to introduce ParkMobile as an additional parking solution for the City of Coral Gables, supporting our commitment to innovation and accessibility,” said Monica Beltran, director of parking, sustainability and mobility services at the City of Coral Gables. “By offering both on-street and off-street mobile payment options, we’re making it easier for residents and visitors to find and pay for parking, reducing congestion, improving the overall experience, and helping people get where they need to go more efficiently.”
ParkMobile has 65 million users across North America, is available for both iPhone and Android devices, and can also be accessed on a mobile web browser. To pay for parking via the ParkMobile app or website, users will enter the zone number found on the signs located within the parking lot, choose the duration of time they wish to park and touch the “start parking” button.
